Welcome to LarlyPix AI. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the LarlyPix AI team ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of this application and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using LarlyPix AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms herein. If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

LarlyPix AI is an AI-powered image generation application. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Generating AI artwork from text prompts
• Multiple style models and parameter adjustment tools
• Local saving and community sharing of generated images
• In-app credit purchases and subscription management

We may modify, update, or discontinue certain features at any time and will endeavour to notify users in advance where reasonably practicable. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the service in order to continuously improve the user experience.

You may register an account to unlock the full feature set. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Users under the age of 14 must use the app under parental or guardian supervision

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account upon discovering a violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

Images you generate through LarlyPix AI are yours to use, subject to the following conditions:

• Content generated on the free plan is subject to a Creative Commons licence and may not be used for commercial purposes
• Paid-plan users may use generated images for both personal and commercial projects within the scope of these Terms
• LarlyPix AI retains the right to use your generated content to improve our models, but will not publicly display your content without consent

The LarlyPix AI name, logo, application interface, and underlying technology are our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without prior written authorisation.

To maintain a safe and respectful community, the following actions are strictly prohibited when using LarlyPix AI:

• Generating or distributing pornographic, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Creating malicious or misleading imagery targeting real, identifiable individuals
• Using the service to facilitate fraud, impersonation, or any other unlawful activity
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or attack our systems
• Using automated tools to scrape data or abuse API endpoints at scale
• Circumventing content moderation mechanisms or other security measures

All submitted content is subject to automated review. We reserve the right to take legal action against any user found in violation of these prohibitions.

LarlyPix AI operates on a credit-based model. Credits are purchased through in-app purchases and used to unlock generation capacity and premium features.

• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Any unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion
• We reserve the right to adjust credit prices and consumption rules, with advance notice to users

If you encounter any payment issues, please contact our support team. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

LarlyPix AI is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The uninterrupted, error-free operation of the service or its fitness for your specific purpose
• The accuracy, artistic quality, or suitability of any generated image
• Losses arising from network failures or third-party service outages

AI image generation is inherently non-deterministic. Variations between expected and actual output are a characteristic of the technology, not a defect in the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the LarlyPix AI team shall not be liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profit arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the dispute.

You may delete your account and stop using LarlyPix AI at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to unilaterally terminate your access for the following reasons:

• A material breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or malicious use of the service
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months

We may update these Terms from time to time in response to evolving business needs or legal requirements. Revised versions will be published in-app or through our official channels, with the effective date noted.

Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.
